I will try to keep this short but it may be pretty hard. It is hard to find someone who really wants to help you and not in it for the commission of a sale… so, I Want to thank Matt for bringing me and my husband through this entire process. From the constant and consistent communication (even after hours).. I knew step by step exactly what to expect next. He had an amazing set of referrals to give me options and didn’t just focus on a sale but helping our family find our home. He gave us an honest and straight to the point opinion when we wanted to see some homes that really didn’t fit our wants or needs. He was flexible in all aspects… (that is pretty hard to do when you are indecisive) and even put himself and his own plans to side to accommodate our schedules so we could see homes we thought were worth it. I can’t explain enough what he did for us… nor what he has done in the process. It was so much easier with him by our side… he did so much more than other realtors did or attempted to do. He is AMAZING! Thank you so much Matt!!

Matt helped me purchase a home from out of state, with a lot of consideration to what I was looking for and some things I wasn't! I appreciate all the time and consideration he put into my purchase and all the help he provided during the process and afterwards.

Matt was so kind as a Realtor. Never did he get impatient or annoyed with my endless questions even though they were often repetitive. He was always willing to go above what would be expected from a realtor. He was always available to explain the crazy market or just to talk down an anxious buyer. I trusted him completely..so much he will be handling an upcoming family member's home purchase. I was so grateful I saw his ad and gave him a call.

Matthew was very helpful in helping us purchase our space. It wasn't the easiest negotiation, but everything worked out and that had a lot to do with Matt's communication skills. Without him, the deal would have fallen through.
